Soul Eater Reveals New Visual of Soul and Maka for 15th Anniversary Fair
While it may not be a new anime, the Soul Eater franchise is still getting new material with a brand new visual of Soul and Maka released today to promote the upcoming 15th-anniversary fair being held by the bones store online. The artwork was drawn by anime character designer and chief animation director Yoshiyuki Ito, who will also be drawing new goods for the fair.

The Soul Eater 15th anniversary fair is set to start at 6 PM Japan time on April 7, 15 years to the day since the premiere of the first episode of Soul Eater on Japanese TV, and runs until midnight on April 30.
Both the original Soul Eater TV anime and its spin-off, Soul Eater Not!, are available to stream on Crunchyroll, which describes the original series as such:
Maka’s a Meister and Soul is her Weapon, and they’re a freakin’ lethal team in battle against the monsters and ghouls that feed on innocent souls. That’s when Soul transforms—literally—into a razor-sharp scythe and Maka wields her partner and unleashes her inner-slayer. Fighting alongside their Meister/Weapon classmates, Maka and Soul are the world’s last line of defense against evil.
