JUJUTSU KAISEN Fushiguro VA Yuma Uchida Begins Special Digital Single Project

 

Voice actor Yuma Uchida, well-known as Megumi Fushiguro in JUJUTSU KAISEN, celebrated his fifth-anniversary artist debut on May 30. To commemorate the special day, a special website opened for his “digital single series” project to release digital singles for the next six months.

 

While working as a popular anime voice actor, Uchida debuted as a solo singer under his own name on May 30, 2018. Since then, he has released 11 CD singles, two digital singles, two albums, and three live concert DVD/Blu-rays, and has been building a successful career as a singer, supported by many fans.

 

He has posted a message on the special website as below:

 

“The fifth anniversary of my artist debut has come! These five years seem to have gone by in a flash, or a very long time… It filled with many memories. When I decided to start my career as an artist, I was very worried about whether I could really make it as an artist. But now, thanks to the many team staff members, creators who provide me with music, and everyone who listens to Yuma Uchida’s music and comes to my live shows, I am able to think in this way, “I’m glad I’ve stuck with who I am.” It has only been fiev years. I would like to deliver more and more music that will inspire people’s hearts! As I move forward in search of more fun, I ask for your continued support for Yuma Uchida!”

 

The first song from the “digital single series” project, “1 LOVE 1” was released on the major music streaming services at midnight on May 31 in Japan, and the music video for the song is now available his official YouTube channel.
