Watch “Moon Effect” Anime MV from Sailor Moon 30th Anniversary Memorial Album
The official YouTube channel for the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon franchise has started streaming a full anime music video for “Moon Effect,” which will be included in the second disc of “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: The 30th Anniversary Memorial Album” to be released on February 18, 2023. The song, sung by the 10 Sailor Guardians, was originally produced as an insert song for the Sailor Moon Eternal film in 2021.

“Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: The 30th Anniversary Memorial Album” is the Sailor Moon franchise’s first 12-inch vinyl record set. Its first disc contains the opening and ending theme songs from the anime series in the 1990s, such as “Moonlight Densetsu” by DALI and “Sailor Star Song” by Kae Hanazawa, while the second disc contains all of the opening and theme songs from the reboot series Sailor Moon Crystal and the 2021 film Sailor Moon Eternal.
The record jackets feature illustrations from the 90s and Eternal, respectively.
