Chainsaw Man Makima VA Tomori Kusunoki to Release Her 1st Full Album in May 2023

 

 

At the final show of her “Kusunoki Tomori Birthday Live 2022 ‘RINGLEAM'” concert tour at Showa Women’s University Hitomi Memorial Hall in Tokyo on Thursday, voice actress/singer-songwriter Tomori Kusunoki, who is currently playing Makima in Chainsaw Man, announced that her first full-length album is set to be released in May 2023. The day was also her 23rd birthday.

While working as a popular anime voice actress (Hazuki Kagimura in Märchen Mädchen, Llenn in Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Online, Setsuna Yuki in Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club), she made her major debut as a solo singer in August 2019. Including her latest fourth EP “Yarazu no Ame” released in June 2022, all of her previous four EPs ranked in Oricon’s weekly chart top 10.
