VTuber Agency VShojo Announces Departure Of Nyatasha Nyanners
The official social accounts for the VTuber agency VShojo released a statement formally confirming the departure of popular member Nyatasha Nyanners, who was one of the most visible and popular members of the stable of English-language VTubers. The official statement is embedded below:

We’d like to inform you that Nyanners has decided not to renew her contract with VShojo. We fully support her decision and are grateful for her contributions to the growth of VShojo. Nyanners will retain her IP, ensuring she can carry on as the beloved creator you know. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Nyanners has since her own statement detailing the reasons for her departure and has assured her fans that she will continue to perform in the future as an independent VTuber.

After much consideration, I’ve decided not to renew my contract with VShojo and return to being an indie. This decision is my own and not a reflection of my relationship with any of the other members, and it is something I have been seriously deliberating for a while. I’m deeply appreciative of all the opportunities that being a member of VShojo has presented over the past two years and wish everyone, staff and fellow talent alike, all the best.
While this change likely comes as a surprise, it won’t change who I am, any of my content, or who I choose to collaborate with moving forward. My streams will continue as usual! I’m looking forward to seeing what the future will bring in this new chapter.
