Rokudo’s Bad Girls Theme Song VA Unit EverdreaM Makes CD Debut in June

 

EverdreaM, a rock vocal unit consisting of voice actress Misato (Misato Matsuoka) and Hitomi (Hitomi Sekine), will make their CD debut on June 21 with the five-song mini album “ENDLESS LABYRINTH” which contains the opening theme song for the spring 2023 TV anime Rokudo’s Bad Girls. The two have also joined the anime as the voice cast of Tsubaki and Mizue Tsuyukusa, respectively.

The unit was revealed at AnimeJapan 2023 on March 25. Based on the concept of “Beyond Dimensions” that transcends two and three dimensions, the group will focus on artist activities that link anime works with the theme songs, and will appear in the anime not only as theme song performers but also as voice cast members.

 

For live events and media appearances, they will use character illustrations drawn by different artists for each song. With an eye on global expansion in Asia, the US and Europe, where their anime works will be distributed, the unit also plans to participate in conventions and other events overseas.

The TV anime adaptation of Yuji Nakamura romantic comedy manga Rokudo’s Bad Girls premiered in Japan on April 7, and its first episode “Enjoying Our Time at School in Peace” is now available for Crunchyroll members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS. Crunchyroll describes the series:

 

Rokudo’s miserable days of being picked on have taken a major turn with a new ability that’s made him the target of every delinquent girl’s affection. The source? A mysterious scroll from his late grandfather, an unusual inheritance to say the least. Now he’s in a romantic panic full of nonstop madness with every bad girl he comes in contact with.
