One Piece Film Red Production Committee Receives Elan d’or Awards’ Special Prize

On February 2, the winners of the 2023 Elan d’or Awards, selected by All Nippon Producers Association for films and television productions, new actors, and program producers, were announced. The production committee of the anime feature film One Piece Film Red (directed by Goro Taniguchi) was selected for this year’s special award, which was given to those who have demonstrated outstanding achievements during the year.

The award ceremony was held in Tokyo on the same day, and voice actress Kaori Nazuka, who was in charge of the character voice of the film’s main heroine, Uta, appeared as a presenter for the committee. “I am very happy to be a part of such a wonderful award-winning film,” she said on the stage. “This work has been loved for many years. It’s thanks to Eiichiro Oda-sensei (the original author) and all the fans. I hope to continue to do my best to bring the character to life, and I hope you will continue to support the world of animation.”
