New Aikatsu! Anime Feature Film Announces Its Release Date of January 20, 2023
The official website for the Aikatsu! franchise announced today that a new feature film Aikatsu! 10th STORY ~Mirai heno STARWAY~ (Starway to The Future) is set to be released in Japan on January 20, 2023.

Aikatsu! 10th STORY ~Mirai heno STARWAY~ was produced to celebrate the Aikatsu! franchise’s 10th anniversary and its shortfilm version was screened with the feature film edition of Aikatsu Planet! in July 2022. The story of the forthcoming featur film edition of the same name focuses on the main characters’ graduation from Starlight Academy.
Synopsis:
Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran, who are in their third year of high school at Starlight Academy, begin to realize that graduation is only six months away. Even after graduation, their idol activities will continue. However, graduation is also a turning point. One by one, they carefully consider what path they want to take from now on. Then, a new step toward the future begins. Beyond the thoughts they reveal on stage at the graduation live, the STARWAY to the future that has been spun out for some time continues. No matter what kind of dreams await us, we are sure that we will be fine on this road ahead…
And the poster visual reveals the film’s ending theme song “Kouri no Mori” (Ice Forest) is performed by Waka (Ichigo Hoshimiya singing voice), Fuuri (Aoi Kiriya SV), Yuna (Ran Shibuki SV), Remi (Otome Arisugawa SV), Eri (Sakura Kitaouji SV), and Risuko (Mizuki Kanzaki SV).
