Little Monsters Promise Big Thrills in Chibi Godzilla Raids Again Anime Trailer

 

A preview video with incongruously dramatic music and narration has been published for Chibi Godzilla Raids Again (known in Japan as Chibi Gojira no Gyakushuu), an upcoming short form TV anime starring adorable, pint-sized versions of some of Toho’s most famous movie monsters. The video (below) features melodramatic narration by voice actor Fumihiko Tachiki, who also provides the voice for Chibi Hedorah in the series.

Chibi Godzilla Raids Again is directed by Taketo Shinkai and features animation production by Pie in the sky. The series will broadcast in Japan on TV Tokyo as part of the “Iniminianimo” programming block on Saturdays during the 7:00 time slot beginning on April 01, 2023.
