Liar Liar TV Anime Battles for School Rankings in Second Full Trailer

 

In the world of the Liar Liar anime—based on the light novel series of the same name by Haruki Kuo—school rankings are determined through intense mind games. This is on display along with the characters in the second full trailer for the series, which was unveiled during this weekend’s AnimeJapan 2023 event.

Liar Liar is being directed by Naoki Matsuura (Black Clover episode director) and Satoru Ohno at studio GEEKTOYS, with series composition written by Momoka Toyoda (My Happy Marriage) and character designs by Yumi Nakamura (Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku OVA). The series is set to premiere in July 2023.
