The official website promises more information at the special event landing page soon. For now we know there will be a huge outdoor booth at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Marina Terrance.

Crunchyroll streams all of the Dragon Ball anime and describes the classic series that started it all like so:

Goku is a strange, bushy-tailed boy who spends his days hunting and eating—until he meets Bulma, a bossy beauty with boys on the brain. Together, they set out to find the seven magic Dragon Balls and make the wish that will change their lives forever.
