Aikatsu! & Pretty Series Collab Virtual Concert Hits Japanese Theaters in January 2023
“Dream Collaboration Festival – Aikatsu! Series & Pretty Series,” a special collaboration virtual concert featuring the characters from two nationally popular idol-themed franchises – Bandai’s Aikatsu! and Takara Tomy Arts’ Pretty Series (including Pripara/Idol Time Pripara, Kiratto Pri☆chan, Waccha PriMagi!) – will get its theatrical screenings in January 2023.

The collaboration project was launched with a special exhibition to look back on the history of both franchises held at Tokyo Anime Center in DNP PLAZA SHIBUYA in Shibuya, Tokyo, from November 11 to December 11, 2022. Then, a virtual live concert featuring a total of 14 idol characters from both frabchises was held at Virtual Avex on December 17 and 18 (two performances per day).
Theaters across Japan will screen a special edited version of the four performances combined into one from January 6 to 19, 2023. Some theaters will offer silent cheering screenings, which can be enjoyed while cheering the characters on the screen. In addition, a limited sticker will be given to theatergoers as a bonus.
