Agriculture is Magical in Farming Life in Another World TV Anime Trailer

A new preview video, new cast information, and new Japanese broadcast details have all been revealed for Farming Life in Another World (known in Japan as Isekai Nonbiri Nouka), an upcoming TV anime adaptation based on the series of isekai fantasy light novels written by Kinosuke Naito and illustrated by Yasumo about a man who takes up agriculture after reincarnating in a magical world.

 

The main cast for Farming Life in Another World includes:

 

  • Hiraku Machio voiced by Atsushi Abe.
  • Ruu voiced by Shino Shimoji.
  • Tia voiced by Aya Suzaki.
  • And Ria voiced by Lynn.

The original Farming Life in Another World light novels are published in Japan by Enterbrain, and a manga adaptation with artwork by Yasuyuki Tsurugi is also published in English by One Peace Books, who describe the story of the series as follows:

 

After Hiraku dies of a serious illness, God brings him back to life, gives his health and youth back, and sends him to a fantasy world of his choice. In order to enjoy his second shot, God bestows upon him the almighty farming tool! Watch as Hiraku digs, chops, and plows in another world in this laidback farming fantasy!

The Farming Life in Another World TV anime is directed by Ryoichi Kuraya and features animation production by Zero-G. The series will broadcast in Japan according to the following TV schedule:

 

  • TV TOKYO: every Friday during the 25:53 time slot beginning on January 06, 2023.
  • BS TV TOKYO: every Sunday during the 24:35 time slot beginning on January 08, 2023.
  • AT-X: every Friday during the 21:00 time slot beginning on January 06, 2023, with repeat broadcasts on Tuesdays at 9:00 and on Thursdays at 15:00.

 

Please note that some Japanese TV schedules count early morning programming as late night programming for the previous day, so for example the 25:53 time slot on Friday evening is actually on Saturday morning at 1:53am JST.
