39 idols unite to entertain us this October!

The IDOLM@STER Million Live! is the next installment in the highly popular IDOLM@STER series, and will introduce a whole new group of musical hopefuls. Announced early last year, the new series was vaguely pinned for a fall 2023 release—and now, a fresh new trailer has further narrowed that down to October 2023!

Take a look, and enjoy new music from the incoming idols:

Before that, though, faithful idol fans in Japan will be able to see the new stars on the big screen! As mentioned in the new trailer, a theatrical run will precede the TV airing. The screenings will divide the series into three “acts,” with the first debuting August 18.

In addition to the cinema experience, fans who pre-order tickets will be able to add on exclusive goods. The “765 Set” includes three movie tickets and a lanyard with a card holder. The “Producer Set” includes all of this, plus an acrylic stand and a pair of concert lights.

More plans, including additional gifts for moviegoers and the holding of “cheering screenings” where you’re encouraged to make some noise for the idols, will be forthcoming.

Based on the spin-off mobile game developed by BNE Entertainment, The IDOLM@STER Million Live! is being directed by Shinya Watada (Gundam Build DiversHula Fulla Dance) with series composition by Yoichi Kato (Space Brothers) at studio Shirogumi, starring the following main cast members:

The new series will follow Mirai, Tsubasa, and Shizuka as they join the incoming talent at 765 Productions.
