Silent Möbius Creator Kia Asamiya Launches New Manga
Fans of old-school anime and manga, rejoice: Kia Asamiya is about to launch a new manga series. It’s called Captain Symphonica, and it’s set to debut on Web Comic Gamma this month.
According to Asamiya’s Twitter/X account, it’s a “retro future sci-fi action” series about a ship called the Blitzen that uses a space weapon called the Symphonica Waffe.
Asamiya is known to fans for manga like Silent Möbius, Compiler, Corrector Yui and Steam Detectives, as well as character designs for Martian Successor Nadesico as well as its manga adaptation.
Web Comic Gamma publishes on the 10th, 20th and 30th of the month, so expect to see Captain Symphonica pop up on the 20th or 30th!
