Fans of the Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai anime franchise better wake up as the franchise released the first trailer for the Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out theatrical animation at the series’ AnimeJapan 2023 stage today along with the first visual!

Labeled the “Senior High School Student Completion Compilation,” the theatrical animation adapts the novels Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out and Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid.T he new theatrical animation is directed by Soichi Masui and features animation production by CloverWorks and is set to open on June 23 in Japan. 

 

The original Rascal novels are written by Hajime Kamoshida and illustrated by Keji Mizoguchi, and an English language version of the series is published by Yen Press.

Puberty syndrome – Abnormal experiences rumored on the internet to be caused by sensitivity and instability during adolescence. This year, Sakuta Azusagawa, a second-year student at a high school near Enoshima, meets several girls that are experiencing this “puberty syndrome.” For instance, he meets a wild bunny girl in the library. She turns out to be an actress on hiatus, Mai Sakurajima, who is also his senior at the school. For some reason, no one else can see this enchanting girl. How did she become invisible…?
