Heyas, Knights! It’s hard to believe, but this is the last update for 2022! What a year, right? From chocolate monsters to crossovers with friends from another world, from another scorching summer to saving the entire world – it’s been quite a journey! As we turn over a new year, here’s a look at all the exciting new characters, events, and other updates heading your way to the world of Astraea. 

 

 

Your loyal retainer can hardly contain her excitement for the upcoming new year! That’s right: Kokkoro is donning a new outfit in the form of Kokkoro (New Year). While previous renditions of the character have taken a more supportive role in the mid-lines or back-lines, Kokkoro (New Year) is ready to protect the rest of the team with increased defensive stats and skills that can heal teammates and help them dish out massive physical damage. 

 

Like her Gourmet Guild partner Karyl before her, Kokkoro (New Year) is a 3★ limited character, which means that she won’t be included in the regular Premium Gacha line-up after her Focus Gacha ends. However, she’ll be available for redemption via character points, and the bonus of 100 Kokkoro (New Year) Memory Shards is a great way to get started with ascending her to 5★, too.

 

The Kokkoro (New Year) Focus Gacha runs for 16 days, from 12/19, 23:00 UTC to 1/4, 22:59 UTC. Ring in the new year with good cheer!

 

 

We’ve done the math: doing the 3★ Guaranteed Premium Gacha means a 100% chance of obtaining a 3★ character. What a steal!

 

That’s the magic of the 3★ Guaranteed Premium Gacha. Join Twinkle Wish’s Rei, Yui, and Hiyori clad in their new year attire on a memorable trip to the shrine to help out with the festivities, and get a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of–oh no, those are monsters. Yeah, that break isn’t happening. At least you’re with good company – you can count on Rei, Yui, and Hiyori to get the job done, be it monster mochi or troublesome wishes. Get ready to make a shrine visit that you won’t soon forget and get your wishing game on!

 

Whether it is your first time at the shrine or the second go around, you’ll be in for some good fortune. Not to mention recruit Rei (New Year) for completing the Event Quests if you haven’t recruited her already.

 

Even if you don’t pray for wealth, The Victory Medal Gacha lineup has also been revamped in our revival event. Take a look at the updated key rewards:

As the end of December approaches, New Year is almost upon us. It’s time for the limited-time challenge to make a return! The Tower of Luna opens its doors once again for challengers to climb! The supercharged dungeon is back and it has prepared a new set of 10 floors complete with unique monsters, Shadows, and a new set of bosses to best, with bountiful rewards for your troubles. Don’t worry, your progress from the last Tower of Luna event is carried over and you can continue the ascent from the floor you left off. Remember, your party of characters can carry over between floors (assuming none of them hit 0 HP), and you can reset your characters to full HP once a day. Can you make the climb up to the 380th floor and complete the EX mission?

 

The Phantom Passage will also be making a stunning return. Once you complete the 380th floor, you’ll be able to attempt the Phantom Passage, a challenging floor you can complete daily for additional prizes. Get ready for a true display of skill!

 

The Tower of Luna reopens its doors for seven days, from 12/18, 13:00 UTC to 12/25, 15:59 UTC. If you haven’t done so already, you’ll need to finish Main Story Quest 9-1 in order to access the Tower. We wish you the best of luck, adventurers!

 

 

Aquarius is here to bring his rising tides to wash you away! Prepare your teams to fight the Starbeast of Aquarius. Rally your allies, plan out your teams, and start practicing those timelines because the December Clan Battle is coming soon! Work with the aid of your fellow clan members to take on monsters too powerful for adventurers to handle alone. The December Clan Battle features a gauntlet of five bosses, and you’ll be able to perform up to three clashes a day on whatever boss your clan’s currently on, earning a clash attempt for every 300 stamina spent. After the event is over, you’ll earn precious Memory Shards, Clan Coins, and Jewels, depending on how well your clan did! The reward structure is the same as before, but you’ll earn Chika Memory Shards this time around.

 

The December Clan Battle is around for five days, from 12/26, 13:00 UTC to 12/31, 07:59 UTC. Don’t forget to sneak in those three hits a day! Your Clan mates will truly appreciate it.

 

 

Get ready to see another downloading bar as you log in as we’re all set for our latest new content update drop. Continue charting a course through Photella Cliffs (South), featuring new enemies, new challenges, and new rewards for your troubles. Here, you’ll find new equipment that can raise your characters to a maximum of 3 equips at rank 16, as well as new Hard Quest nodes for Kurumi, Mimi, and Illya. Making your way through Area 31 will also unlock up to Episode 6 of Part 2 Chapter 1 of the Main Story.

 

We’ll also be increasing the level cap from 151 to 154. With so much content coming out at once, you’ll want to start saving up Mana and EXP potions as soon as possible! In addition, new BGM will be added to the Memorial Jukebox for further customization.

 

The December content drop lands on 12/19 at 13:00 UTC.

 

 

As the festivities continue, it is time to deck out your guildhouse with the season. Bring back snow-themed limited-time furniture with hints of white and blue. Add some comfy couches and even a new bed to your ever-growing guildhouse repertoire. Turn your guildhouse into the perfect winter wonderland and spend some wonderful time with your favorite heroines. Just be sure to pick up this snow-themed furniture set while it is around as it will only be available from 12/19/2022, 23:00 UTC to 1/18/2023, 22:59 UTC.

First off, see double in Grotto with double the amount of Mana and EXP potions when you complete Grotto Quests. The Grotto Quest Double Drop Campaign runs from 12/18, 13:00 UTC to 12/25, 12:59 UTC.

 

 

Next up on the docket is the Normal Quest Double Drop Campaign. Get double the equipment, Mana, and other items when completing Normal Quests during the campaign period. This opportunity will only last from 12/21, 13:00 UTC to 12/29, 12:59 UTC.

 

 

Bring in the New Year with a double whammy of double drops. We’re bringing back the Hard Quest Double Drop Campaign. Get double the Memory Shards, equipment, Mana, and other items when completing Hard Quests during the campaign period. Make sure to mark the dates from 12/29/2022, 13:00 UTC to 1/4/2023, 12:59 UTC.

 

 

Last but certainly not least, double drops will move into Sanctum Survey and Temple Trek. Stock up on items from here to help unlock and refine your characters’ maximum potential through their Unique Equipments and 6★ Ascensions! You’ll be able to do so while doubling up on drops in Hard Quests as the campaign runs from 12/28/2022, 13:00 UTC to 1/4/2023, 12:59 UTC.
