Pac-Man 99 Battle Royale Game to Be Delisted This October

Pac-Man 99

Published by Bandai Namco Entertainment and developed by Arika, Pac-Man 99 is a battle royale spin on the iconic arcade game that first hit the Nintendo Switch eShop on April 7, 2021. Now, a little over two years later, Nintendo and the official website have announced plans to delist the game this October.

The full end date schedule has been revealed, starting with the discontinuation of Paid Custom Themes on August 8. The Pac-Man 99 Deluxe Pack and Pac-Man 99 Mode Unlock content will be discontinued on September 8, and all online services and distribution of the main game and free custom themes will be discontinued on October 8.

If you own Pac-Man 99 Deluxe Pack or Pac-Man 99 Mode Unlock you’ll still be able to play CPU Battle, Blind Time Attack and Score Attack on offline mode. The meat of the game—which has 99 players competing at the same time to be the last one standing—will not be available after October 8.
