Nintama Rantaro TV Anime Celebrates 30 Years of Broadcasting with Art Exhibition
Nintama Rantaro (known as Ninjaboy Rantaro in English), a popular children’s TV anime based on the gag manga by Soubee Amako, has been broadcasting on Japanese TV for nearly 30 years, and to celebrate this milestone, an art exhibition will be held in Tokyo and Osaka in 2023.
The “Nintama Rantaro Original Art Exhibition ~Thank You for 30 Years of Anime Broadcasting~” will feature drawings and materials from the Nintama Rantaro TV anime, which began broadcasting on the NHK network in 1993. Original character goods will also be on sale at the venue.

The “Nintama Rantaro Original Art Exhibition ~Thank You for 30 Years of Anime Broadcasting~” runs from December 15 – 27, 2022 in the event hall space on the 8th floor of the Tobu Department Store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Japan and from March 29 – May 10, 2023 in the 2nd event hall space on the 4th floor of Abeno Harukas department store in Kintetsu, Osaka, Japan.
