Macross Idol Group Walküre Debuts New Visuals, Teaser for Final Album
As Macross Delta idol group Walküre winds down its activities, it’s winding up for one final release! As previously announced, the five-member group will be concluding its run with a compilation album featuring 50 tracks from their live shows.
Today. the upcoming Absolute LIVE!!!!! album dropped some new info, including the brand new group photo that will be appearing on the album cover. The five members of the group pose surrounded by speakers, sporting new idol outfits reminiscent of the long-running franchise’s transforming Valkyrie units.

We also get a peek at the packaging for the first press limited edition, complete with booklets and character art:

Finally, more good news for fans in Japan: starting May 1, Macross Delta the Movie: Absolute LIVE!!!!!! will be available on streaming service U-NEXT, along with the accompanying Macross Frontier short Labyrinth of Time.
Macross Delta Live Best Album -Absolute Live!!!!!- comes out May 17.
