Like a Dragon: Ishin! Trailer Reveals More of Ryoma’s Treacherous Story
In less than a month we’ll be able to dive back into the world of Like a Dragon! but with a little Edo-period twist. The latest trailer for Like a Dragon: Ishin! was released today, dubbed the “Blade of Vengeance” and unveiling more about Ryoma’s tragic background and why he’s so hellbent on retribution.

What’s more, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced that those who physically pre-order Like a Dragon: Ishin! in the US will be getting a SteelBook version of the game. For those who pre-order worldwide, the three weapons: the Kijinmaru Kunishige, Bloody Sheen and Black Ship Cannon will be available for both the physical and digital editions. Digital Deluxe Edition pre-orders will also get the game four days early and the following DLC items:
- Shinsengumi Captain’s Set
- Ryoma Growth Support Kit
- Sword Upgrade Materials Kit
- Gun Upgrade Materials Kit
- Third Division Armament Expansion Kit
- The Dragon of Dojima Skin
The Yakuza/Like a Dragon spin-off/remake Like A Dragon: Ishin! will be released for Xbox Series X|S and One, PlayStation 4 and 5, Steam and Windows on February 21 with those who grab the Digital Deluxe Edition able to play the game three days before the launch date on February 17.
