Kibou no Chikara ~ Otona Precure ’23 ~ Releases Teaser Trailer Narrated by Adult Nozomi

 

 

The official website for Kibou no Chikara ~ Otona Precure ’23~, the forthcoming sequel to the Precure franchise’s fourth installment Yes! Precure 5 (2007-2008) and fifth installment Yes! Precure 5 Gogo! (2008-2009), has posted a 40-second teaser trailer narrated by the protagonist Nozomi Yumehara who has grown up. As reported, Yuko Sanpei (Boruto Uzumaki in BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS) is confimred to reprise her role. 

 

 

Narration:

 

“We are moving into the future. We walk, run, stop, turn back, and sometimes get lost on the path that lies before us, but we choose our path and move forward. To be who we want to be. Toward a better future. There is more than one future, and where we go depends on which path we choose. ‘Kibou no Chikara’ will start in October 2023.”

Takayuki Hamana (Sorcerous Stabber Orphen) serves as series director, and in place of the original’s Toshie Kawamura, Atsuko Nakajima (Ranma 1/2, You’re Under Arrest) works on character design. Meanwhile, the original’s series composition writer Yoshimi Narita and soundtrack composer Naoki Sato are confirmed to return. Toei Animation and Studio Deen co-work on anime production.

 

Kibou no Chikara ~ Otona Precure ’23 ~, which depicts the story of how the main girls of the Precure 5 series have grown up centering on the protagonist Nozomi Yumehara, will premiere on NHK Educational TV in October 2023.
