Kakegurui Manga Series Plans Its First Exhibition in 2023

 

 

“Kakegurui Exhibition,” the first exhibition event for Homura Kawamoto (story) and Toru Naomura’s (art) gambling-themed manga series, Kakegurui, is scheduled to be held in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Osaka from February to April 2023. An announcemnet PV for the event is now streamed on YouTube.

 

 

 

 

The manga has been serialized in Square Enix’s Gangan Joker since March 2014, and has been adapted into successful anime and live-action series. This exhibition will look back on the world of Kakegurui,along with its three spin-offs series – Kakegurui Twin illustrated by Kei Saiki, Kakegurui (Kakkokari) by Taku Kawamura, and Kakegurui Midari by Yuichi Hiiragi. It will show every possible scene from the story, including manga manuscripts and color illustrations, to convey the charm and worldview of the series. Visitors will receive a “livestock” sticker as a bonus.
