HIGHSPEED Étoile Anime Shares New Super Formula Collab Visual

The women of racing anime HIGHSPEED Étoile won’t be starting their engines until 2024, but ahead of that a new visual has been released in collaboration with the Super Formula racing series, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

This particular visual is timed to promote this month’s race at the international racing circuit known as Autopolis, located in Oita Prefecture, and features Lorenzo M. Salvatore (VA: Kosuke Toriumi) standing next to his vehicle with Autopolis as the backdrop.

 

 

The anime’s main cast is as follows:

 

  • Rin Rindoh voiced by Fuka Izumi
  • Kanata Asakawa voiced by Yoko Hikasa
  • Towa Komachi voiced by Shiori Izawa
  • Sophia Tokitoh voiced by Yui Horie
  • Liu Youran voiced by Ayaka Suwa
  • Alice Summerwood voiced by Nana Mizuki
  • Richard Parker voiced by Kenichiro Matsuda
  • Lorenzo M. Salvatore voiced by Kosuke Toriumi

Set in the near future, in HIGHSPEED Etoile Rin Rindoh challenges the “NEX Race,” the next generation of motorsport racing that has speeds up to 500 kilometers per hour. After giving up her dream of being a ballerina and moving in with her grandmother, Rin is thrust into this new high-speed world.

 

HIGHSPEED Etoile features original character designs by Takuya Fujima. The main staff for the series has not yet been revealed. It is scheduled to broadcast in Japan in 2024.
