Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Reveals Siegfried and More in Trailer

 

A new EVO Japan 2023 trailer made its way online for Granblue Fantasy Verus: Rising, which is currently in the works for a 2023 release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC. In addition to showing a bunch of characters and flashy footage from the fighter, the end of the trailer came through with a couple quick announcements, starting with the addition of Siegfried as a playable character.

 

After that, we learn that an online beta test is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 this May, with more information to come.

You can see Siegried—voiced by Jordan Reynolds in English and Kazuhiko Inoue in Japanese—at the end of the video below.

 

 

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will add new elements into the mix, including fresh mechanics, more playable characters and new modes. It will also utilize rollback netcode for a smoother online experience while supporting crossplay between PS4, PS5 and Steam.
