First Three Precure TV Anime to Get HD Remastered Blu-ray Box This Summer
As part of the 20th anniversary project for Toei Animation’s long-running Precure anime franchise, Japanese record company Marvelous will release HD remastered edition Blu-ray box set of its first three TV series – Futari wa Precure (2004-2005), Futari wa Precure Max Heart (2005-2006), and Futari wa Precure Splash Star (2006-2007) – for three consecutive months this summer. All of the bonus contents of the previous DVD box will be included.

In addition, the “Futari wa Precure 20th Anniversary Memorial: 3 Series Reunion!” event has been decided to be held. Special guests from the three series will gather for the one day-only event. A lottery coupon for the event ticket ill be enclosed in the three Blu-ray boxes.
