Yurika Kubo Shares The Legendary Hero Is Dead! Anime Ending Theme Music Video
The official website for voice actress Yurika Kubo, best known as Hanayo Koizumi in the Love Live! franchise, started streaming a music vide for her fourth solo single song “Kawaikutte Ijiwarushichau” (You are too cute to resist playing tricks). The pop tune is now featured as the ending theme for the spring 2023 TV anime The Legendary Hero Is Dead!, in which she is also cast as one of its main characters, Marguerit Farom.

“Kawaikutte Ijiwarushichau” music video:
While working as a member of the Love Live! franchise’s VA unit μ’s, she made her solo singer debut with her first single “Lovely Lovely Strawberry” on February 17, 2016, and has so far released three CD singles, one digital single, one full album, and one mini album. Her fourth solo CD single “Kawaikutte Ijiwarushichau” is set to release in Japan on May 24, 2023.
“Kawaikutte Ijiwarushichau” is her first anime ending theme work as a solo artist. She said in a video message on Twitter, “The lyrics are also packed with the worldview of ‘The Legendary Hero Is Dead!,’ so I would be happy if you will pay attention to that part!”

The TV anime adaptation of Subaruichi’s fantasy manga The Legendary Hero Is Dead! premiered in Japan on April 6, and its first episode “The Legendary Hero Is Dead?!” is now available on Crunchyroll for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS.
