Yuma Uchida Performs Spring 2023 Anime THE MARGINAL SERVICE Ending Theme
To celebrate the release of his latest digital sing song “Happy-go-Journey” (winter 2023 TV anime Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill ending theme), voice actor Yuma Uchida live streamed a special program on his official YouTube channel from 13:00 on January 29 (JST).
In the program, he announced that his next 11th single “Salt & Sugar” is set to be released on April 12 and that the title tune will be featured as the opening theme for the spring 2023 TV anime THE MARGINAL SERVICE, in which he is also cast as one of its main characters, Rubber Suit.

“In the story of ‘THE MARGINAL SERVICE,’ there is a race of people called the Borderlanders, who are different from us Earthlings,” Uchida explains. “Since the Earthlings and the Borderlanders are different from each other, they clash, and the story progresses without reaching a mutual understanding. We created this song with the idea that there could be a future in which Earthlings and Borderlanders could learn about things they don’t know and connect with each other. I will also play the role of Rubber Suit in the anime. I hope you will enjoy the anime as well as ‘Salt & Sugar’! “

In addition, his new live DVD/Blu-ray “YUMA UCHIDA LIVE 2022 ‘Gratz on your world, our world'” will also be available on the same day, April 12. The disc includes his first solo concert at Nippon Budokan on November 12 and 13, 2022.
