World Dai Star Anime Trailer Looks Ahead to the Future

This weekend marked the launch of the World Dai Star anime, with the first episode now live on Crunchyroll. If you’ve had a chance to check it out or are just looking for another reason to dive in, the official website shared a new trailer looking ahead to future story developments for the series.

Yuu Kinome is directing the World Dai Star anime, with series composition by Yasuhiro Nakanishi and character designs by Majiro at anime production house Lerche. Crunchyroll streams the series as Stella of the Theater: World Dai Star and describes the plot like so:

Theater has taken the entire world by storm in the 20th century, and teenager Kokona Ohtori aims to take the big stage. Performers who shine the brightest are called Dai Stars, and for Kokona, her first step into stardom is auditioning for the prominent theater troupe—Sirius.
