White Album Visual Novel Remake Heads to PC Around the World

White Album: Memories like Falling Snow was first released on PlayStation 3 in Japan back in 2010—followed by PC in 2012—as White Album: Tsuzurareru Fuyu no Omoide, offering up a remake of the original 1998 White Album visual novel. Now the Aquaplus-developed remake is set to launch on PC via Steam around the world in Q3 2023.

The new global version of White Album: Memories like Falling Snow features language support for English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese. This will be the game’s first official English release.

 

Crunchyroll streams the 2009 White Album anime and its sequel, White Album 2—featuring animation production by Seven Arcs and direction by Akira Yoshimura and Taizo Yoshida, respectively—and describes it like so:

 

Toya Fujii, the male protagonist, is a twenty year old college student dating a rising singer named Yuki Morikawa. Along the way, they are faced with numerous challenges throughout the course of events at Fuji’s college. Be prepared for an exciting journey!
