Virtual Singer haju:harmonics Drops VINLAND SAGA Anime Season 2 2nd Ending Theme MV

 

 

Virtual singer haju:harmonics has released a music video for her new song “Ember,” which is now featured as the ending theme for the second cour of the ongoing second season of the VINLAND SAGA TV anime.

 

Since the release of her first original song “≒(Nearly Equal)” in August 2022, haju:harmonics has been releasing songs one after another on the web. She is a talented virtual singer whose worldview has been created with support of many up-and-coming creators in songwriting and illustration.

 

haju:harmonics is a girl composed of two aspects – hope (haju_h) and despair (haju_d) -, and in this music video, two hajus appear to show a fantastic world. Meanwhile, the clip also uses footage from the anime story, and the hope that lies far ahead as depicted in “Ember” is combined with the epic story of the characters in the anime in their pursuit of “Vinland.”

 

“Ember” was already released digitally on April 17, and her six-song debut EP including the song will be available in CD format on June 14.

Following the first season in 2019, the long-awaited second season of the TV anime adaptation of Makoto Yukimura’s historical adventure manga VINLAND SAGA finally premiered in Japan on January 9, 2023, and has also been simulcast on Crunchyroll for its members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS.
