Sonic Frontiers Speeds Past 2.5 Million Copies Sold Worldwide
After a little over a month on selves, the latest game in the speedy Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, Sonic Frontiers, has amassed a whopping 2.5 million sales around the world according to SEGA’s official Japanese Twitter account.

To put into perspective how good these sales numbers are for the franchise, Sonic Frontiers is now the fastest-selling Sonic game of all time, has sold nearly as much as the three Sonic Advance games combined and has sold more than Sonic Forces, all versions of Sonic Lost World and critical darling Sonic Mania. Not bad for the blue blur’s first open-world outing!

Sonic Frontiers was released on November 8 around the world on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
