Rom-com Manga Giji Harem Sets the Scene for TV Anime Adaptation

Tsundere, imouto, you name it. All the world’s a stage, and one woman will play many parts in her attempts to get the attention of her drama club senpai in the TV anime adaptation of Giji Harem (“Pseudo Harem”) that was just announced.

 

A teaser visual was revealed, along with the casting of Saori Hayami (Yor in SPY x FAMILY) as Rin Nanakura and Nobuhiko Okamoto (Sengoku in Horimiya) as Eiji Kitahama.

Written and illustrated by Yu Saito, the Giji Harem manga began as a Twitter webcomic that ran from June 2019 to March 2021 and pulled in a total of 5.6 million likes. The series was also serialized in Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine from January 2019, culminating in six collected volumes. Additional details about the anime adaptation, such as staff and release date, are yet to be revealed.
