Oi! Tonbo Golf Manga Tees Up for Anime Adaptation in 2024
Since 2014, golf manga Oi! Tonbo has been winning over readers in the pages of Japan’s Weekly Golf Digest. Now, 44 volumes in, an anime adaptation has been announced!
The series, written by Ken Kawasaki and illustrated by Yuu Furusawa, follows a professional golfer who has left his past behind. On a visit to the Tokara Islands, he meets a local girl with an amazing talent for golf.
The adaptation was teased in the latest issue:

Oi! Tonbo will premiere sometime in 2024.
