A summary of the new manga reads:

The planet Zora—once called Earth. The majority of the population are Civilians, living in Walker Machines and fighting desperately for survival under the Three-Day Rule, in which you are acquitted of any crime if you survive for 72 hours. After nearly collapsing in the hot sand, a young girl named Belle is picked up by the land-based repair ship Biscayne. There, she finds a dormant blue Walker Machine—which turns out to be Xabungle.

Volume 1 of Combat Mecha Xabungle: Another Gale is now available from Shogakukan Comic, and includes a digital preview you can read on the site.
