Coming off the giant win at the NARUTO99 global popularity poll, the Fourth Hokage Minato featured alongside Kushina in a spring seasonal illustration from the anime team. In the drawing (above), Minato and Kushina are out on a sweet boat ride while sakura petals fall around them and other Hokage enjoy hanami in the background.

Masashi Kishimoto’s original Naruto manga ran in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from 1999 to 2014 and inspired the Naruto and Naruto Shippuden anime series. Its sequel, BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS, is currently streaming on Crunchyroll alongside the original two anime.
