Mamekichi Mameko NEET no Nichijou Season 2 Premieres May 16
Mameko Mamekishi’s autobiographical manga Mamekichi Mameko NEET no Nichijou (Mameko Mamekichi’s NEET Everyday Life) tells the comedic tale of a NEET (“Not in Education, Employment or Training”) who lives with her dog Komachi and her trio of cats, and a second season is on the way to follow up the act of last year’s anime adaptation. According to the latest update, the series is set to return to the screen in Japan on May 17, and you can see a new trailer and visual while we wait.
The staff and cast from the first season will return for more, including Satoshi Kuwabara as director and series composition writer, Wataru Chihara as character designer alongside assistant character designer Makoto Nagao and anime production house Tezuka Productions. Akari Kito voices Mameko Mamekichi, Kenta Miyake voices Komachi and Oikichi, and Akio Otsuka is the anime’s narrator.
