The only thing keeping apart Paru Itagaki’s BEASTARS manga and Italian rock band Måneskin really is just a different timezone, as the odd pair’s relationship went to another level today with the release of a Legoshi and Haru-themed music video for “TIMEZONE”, featuring scenes from the acclaimed series and a Japanese translation of the lyrics.
We’re so grateful for this kooool gift from Japan ???? Our song TIMEZONE has now a #BEASTARS visual!! ???????????? Watch here: https://t.co/KxsR4276CC pic.twitter.com/yLgldYUrOA

Itagaki met and illustrated Måneskin when they were in Japan on tour in September 2022, and went on to publicly praise the group’s newest album “RUSH”, which includes the “TIMEZONE” track, after its release earlier this year. Their initial meeting reportedly came about due to lead singer Damiano David being a fan of the series.
Måneskin begins their Rush! World Tour in September, which currently includes three shows in Tokyo — two of which are already sold out — and one in Kobe in early December.
