Chocolatey Original TV Anime Bikkurimen to Premiere This Fall
Something sweet is coming later this year as it was revealed tonight that the previously announced original TV anime Bikkurimen, based on the Bikkuriman line of chocolate from Lotte, will premiere in the Fall anime season. Alongside the premiere season, a teaser visual was released alongside the main staff members.
The main staff members and companies behind Bikkurimen include:

- Director – Tomohiro Tsukimisato (How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno)
- Series Composition – Yuniko Ayana (BanG Dream!)
- Original Character Designer – Hiroyuki Takei (Shaman King manga creator)
- Anime Character Designer – Ayano Owada (How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno)
- Music – Yasuhiro Misawa (How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno)

The story Bikkurimen takes place in a world where stickers from Bikkuriman are so sought after that they’re transported as if they’re high-value currency. Yamato, who appears in the above visual, joins the fight for the stickers. The series is set to premiere in Fall 2023.
