Blue Exorcist Anime Prepares to Return in January 2024

Following up on the December reveal, a new trailer and release month are here for the new Blue Exorcist anime. Blue Exorcist -Shimane Illuminati Saga- premieres in January 2024, and you can see a teaser trailer and the first key visual below.

The main voice cast members were also confirmed to return for the new Blue Exorcist anime. Daisuke Yoshida is directing, with Toshiya Ohno on series composition and Yurie Daito handling character designs and chief animation direction for the Studio VOLN production. Music comes from KOHTA YAMAMOTO and Hiroyuki Sawano.

Based on the manga by Kazue Kato, Blue Exorcist previously aired two TV anime seasons, and there was also an anime film. Stay tuned for more on what’s next for the series as it’s announced.
