Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King Anime Film Gets Fan Premiere on May 28 in Japan

With a little over a month until the Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King anime film hits theaters in Japan and worldwide on Netflix, the movie was revealed today to be getting a special fan screening on May 28 for 200 fans of the series.

Along with the first screening of the film, a stage event featuring six voice actors from the franchise will be held at the same. The voice actors in attendance will be Gakuto Kajiwara (Asta), Kana Yuki (Noelle), Junichi Suwabe (Yami), Ayumu Murase (Luck), Kenichiro Matsuda (Gordon) and Minami Takahashi (Grey). 

 

Tickets for the screening, which will be held at Shinjuku Piccadilly on May 28 at 12:30 PM, are available via lottery until May 14 with 200 spots available.

The Black Clover TV anime ran for 170 episodes from October 3, 2017, to March 30, 2021, with Crunchyroll streaming the series as it aired. The Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King anime film will be streaming on Netflix worldwide on June 16, the same day as its Japanese theatrical release. Crunchyroll describes the series as such:
