Aimer Demon Slayer Opening Theme Tops 2022 Anime New Series Karaoke Ranking
Japanese karaoke company Daiichikosho conducted a karaoke ranking survey of theme songs for TV anime series aired in 2022. This ranking was calculated based on the number of songs sung by the company’s karaoke on-demand service, DAM (Daiichikosho Amusement Multimedia), which have the largest market share among karaoke stores and facilities nationwide.

The most popular anime theme song of the 2022 series was “Zankyo Sanka,” the opening theme for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc by Aimer. The song was released digitally on December 6, 2021, then reached No.1 on 48 domestic and 23 overseas digital charts. In addition, the anime’s ending theme song, “Asa ga Kuru” also sung by Aimer, ranks eighth.
