YUKI YUNA IS A HERO Mobile Game Heads to PlayStation 4, Switch

YUKI YUNA IS A HERO

Based on the anime series produced by Studio Gokumi and directed by Seiji Kishi, YUKI YUNA IS A HERO: Hanayui no Kirameki is a mobile game that first launched on iOS, Android and browsers in 2017, and now it’s making its way to consoles. The original game ended service on October 28, 2022, but fans of the series can look forward to its eventual reappearance on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

Plans for a port were previously announced right before the game shut down, but platforms weren’t specified at the time.

All eight volumes of the story will be included in the port along with new illustrations and scenarios, including full voicing and a new story that was written just for the console version. There’s currently no release date, but Entergram launched a teaser website.

While we wait, you can watch the YUKI YUNA IS A HERO anime on Crunchyroll, which describes the series like so:

Yuna Yuki is an ordinary second-year middle school student. She gets up in the morning, gets ready for school, goes to classes, participates in club activities, and has fun with her friends. But there is one extraordinary thing about Yuki — she belongs to the “Brave Hero Club.” What does the Brave Hero Club do? Who is the mysterious being called “Vertex?” Yuki Yuna and her friends’ story takes place in Year 300, Era of the Gods.
