Yui Ogura to Release Yuri is My Job! Anime Opening Theme in April
Japanese record company Nippon Columbia has announced that voice actress Yui Ogura‘s new single “Himistu♡Melody” is set to be released on April 19, 2023. The song will be featured as the opening theme for the forthcoming TV anime Yuri is My Job!, in which she is also cast as the protagonist, Hime Shirasagi.

This will be her second single from Nippon Columbia (16th in her total career) after she changed her solo singer activity’s record company from King Record in August 2022. The lyrics of the song are written by herself, while Shunsuke Takizawa (TRYTONELABO) serves as composer/arranger. Part of the song was revealed for the first time in the anime’s second PV posted online last night.

The TV anime adaptation of Miman’s romantic yuri comedy manga Yuri Is My Job! is set to premiere in Japan on April 6, 2023, and will also be simulcast on Crunchyroll for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS.
