Waccha PriMagi! Franchise Teases New Project “Waccha PriMagi! Studio” for November 2022 Launch

 

 

Waccha PriMagi!, the ongoing latest installment of Takara Tomy Arts’s idol-themed Pretty Series, has posted a teaser trailer for a new game project titled Waccha PriMagi! Studio to announce its November 2022 launch. The news was also revealed at the Pretty Series’ live concert event “Pretty Live! ~All for One !!!~” held at Nakano Sunplaza in Tokyo on September 24.

Although details of the project are currently unknown, Myamu is busy preparing for something in the video, and a silhouette of what appears to be a new character is also glimpsed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Pretty Series is an idol-themed mixed-media franchise co-developed by Takara Tomy Arts and Syn Sophia. Its first TV anime series Pretty Rhythm: Aurora Dream started airing in April 2011, then was followed by Pretty Rhythm: Dear My Future (2012-2013), Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live (2013 – 2014), Pripara (2014-2017), Idol Time Pripara (2017-2018), and Kiratto Pri☆Chan (2018-2021).

 

As the 10th anniversary installment of the series, the Waccha PriMagi! TV anime, co-produced by Tatsunoko Productions (Japan) and DONGWOO A&E (Korea), has been aired in Japan since October 3, 2021, and its latest 49th episode “Mana-Mana, Majipa, Chuppi” was aired yesterday, September 25.
