Virtual Singer Unit VALIS Posts My One-Hit Kill Sister Anime Ending Theme MV

 

Six-member virtual singer unit VALIS has posted a music video for “Mukyu Platonic,” the ending theme for the spring 2023 TV anime My One-Hit Kill Sister.

 

Under the concept of “a virtual circus troupe that wanders around the virtual space,” VALIS was formed by CHINO, MYU, NEFFY, NINA, RARA and VITTE, and started their activities on YouTube in March 2021. They perform in both avatar and origin human forms, moving between the real and virtual worlds.

 

As their first anime theme song work, “Mukyu Platonic” was released digitally on April 9, 2023. “It has been one of our dreams to sing an anime theme song, so we are very happy that it has come true!” member CHINO says. “I was very honored to be involved in the anime since I had read the original novel as well! All the members of VALIS sang the theme song as if we were older sisters who love our younger brother very much. We hope that VALIS can send love to the fans of the series, so we would be glad if you can listen to the song a lot!”

The TV anime adaptation of Konoe’s isekai fantasy light novel series My One-Hit Kill Sister premiered in Japan on April 8, 2023, and has also been simulcast on Crunchyroll for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS and India.
