The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World Novel Series Reaches One Million Copies

 

 

Japanese light novel author Kiichi Kosuzu has announced on Twitter that the cumulative total number of copies of his The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World series in print has surpassed one million.

 

Following the serialization on the Japanese novel self-publishing website Shousetsuka ni Narou since December 2018, its print edition has been published from Futabasha’s M Bunko imprint since July 2019, and its latest fourth volume was released in Japan on December 28, 2022. Its manga adaptation illustrated by Toshinori Okazaki has been serialized on the publisher’s GauGau Monster website since May 2020 and has released six volumes so far. As reported, its TV anime adaptation is set to premiere in Japan on January 7, 2023, and that can be expected to increase the sales of the series even more.

 

The author wrote, “To my surprise, it has printed over one million copies in total! I had never heard how many copies had been printed until now, but suddenly I was astonished at the figure of one million copies! Please look out for the anime that will start airing on January 7 next year!”

The Studio Blanc-animated series is set to premiere on TOKYO MX and BS 11 on January 7, 2023, and Crunchyroll stream the anime as it airs in Japan for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS.
