The International Anime Music Festival Is Coming to North America

The very first International Anime Music Festival will make its debut this February 6, beginning in Vancouver, Canada. After that, it will go to 36 other avenues across North America, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Denver, Kansas City, Montreal, Pittsburgh, Mexico City and more.

And who will be on stage?

“Starring Kizuna AI Original Singeroid “#kzn”, vocal duo HIMEHINA, vocal trio MaRiNaSu, the North American debut of fan favorite GUMI, and pop twins LiLYPSE, the show will be in LIVE, DJ-led multimedia concert rave,” the official press release explains. “Featuring brand new songs and never-before-seen content, the tour brings these characters to life on state-of-the-art LED and high-definition digital projections.”

All told, these performers have received more than 1.2 billion views online. This is the first time they’ll all be seen together onstage.

After being in North America, the tour will move on to Europe, Southeast Asia and South America. Bob Ringe and Marty Tudor are producing the concerts through their company Anime Entertainment LLC, with financial support coming from Banc of California. Rob Roth, who won a Tony Award for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, is the Creative Director.

“I feel honored and privileged to be working with the talented IP holders and character creators of the five acts appearing on our International Anime Music Festival,” Ringe commented. “The response from the Anime community and Anime creators worldwide has exceeded my expectations. See you all at the festival!”

“The energy that this group of Virtual Artists has is amazing and incites the best of our superb creative team. This show will be a blast!” Tudor added.

Tickets for the North American concerts become available on November 4, and can be gotten through IAMF.LIVE. The last concert for the North American tour will be on March 31, in Mexico City.
