Surgeon Elise Anime Trailer Puts Spotlight on Linden

After being announced back in March, we’re currently awaiting a January 2024 premiere for the Surgeon Elise anime, which is based on a South Korean web novel series written by yuin. Kumiko Habara is directing the series and Deko Akao is writing series composition for the MAHO FILM production, and a new character trailer recently arrived to put the spotlight on Linden de Romanov. 

The heir to the Romanov royal family also happens to be Elise’s fiancé in her first life. Meet the Yohei Azakami-voiced character below.

The original web novels were serialized from 2015 to 2016, and the manhwa, illustrated by mini, ran from 2017 to 2021. It was previously published in English by Tappytoon, which describes it like this:

Dr. Song, the youngest professor at the leading College of Medicine in Korea, was a royal brat of a princess in her previous life. But just as she’s about to meet an untimely death over the ocean, she wakes up as Princess Elise once again?!
