Shin Megami Tensei Holds 30th Anniversary Concert in July
Atlus revealed today that the company will partner with the Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation to host a special Shin Megami Tensei-themed concert on July 1, 2023 during Anime Expo. Atlus also clarified that there will be no major announcements at the concert, stating that its sole purpose is to celebrate the franchise’s history.
The concert is called Shin Megami Tensei 30th LIVE: Band of Shadows Concert and will be hosted at the Novo in Los Angeles. It’ll be an exclusive event at Anime Expo 2023 for those attending the convention and tickets will go on sale in the future.

Shin Megami Tensei V, the latest game in the franchise, was released for the Nintendo Switch in November 2021. A separate celebratory event for the franchise’s 30th anniversary will be held on May 5 and 6 at the KT Zepp Yokohama.
